Rich breakfasts, and very amiable staff.
Stunning, perfectly comfortable location close enough to Pevensey Bay railway station as well as historic castle. Breakfast with pastries and fruit and the sausages.

This place is beautiful old and pleasant, fantastic value for money. The rooms are large and newly decorated and have beautiful views of the sea. It boasts an incredible location; dedicated staff with good customer service.

The location offered was particularly good and stunning adjacent to restaurants, supermarkets, and other useful shops, Pevensey Bay and a beautiful beach in a lovely seaside village resort. The rooms were good modern, with windows opening to the sea.

Great and pleasant location near to rambunctious pub downstairs, the seafront, and public areas in a nice area. Good room, good bathroom. Full English breakfast with variety of options.

Overall rooms were spacious and had central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a multi-channel television. It had a marvellous location short walk to beautiful Pevensey Bay, the East Sussex coast and the shop.

Everything is great, really enjoyed my time here. The hotel provides savoury and tasty breakfast with fruit, pastries plus the sausages.

The hotel provided a comfortable and clean bed for our Xmas stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the fact that breakfast was included in the price. The hotel was located only a few steps away from the beach, and it was easy to explore the local area on foot. We also appreciated the free parking.
The hotel could use some cosmetic improvements as the decor appeared worn out in some areas. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and there were very few TV channels available. Also, the breakfast options were limited, and we would have liked to see more variety in the continental options.
